The holiday season is upon us and some of you may be heading back to your folks place to get your fill of Turkey and all the timings. But if you want to be adventure ready and keep up your fitness game then I've found these 4 things to be perfect when packing my van up to head home.
Long gone are the days when you needed that awful home weights system to keep fit. Now you can get away with a few small things that wont cost you the earth but will keep you fit.
First up you'll need to dust off your running shoes.
I love my Nike Air Pegasus.
Next up some elastic training bands, I first started using these after having surgery on my shoulder, they're perfect to roll up and throw in your bag and can be used anywhere. Super versatile piece of training kit that can be used to work pretty much any muscle.
Up third is a decent heart rate monitor and tracker.
I've had my eye on one of these for while... TomTom's Runner with GPS and Heart Rate Monitor
Lastly the one thing I'd really like to get my hands on are the Myles Everyday Short. Hint Hint....
