There are stories with every HOWL product, some stories more extreme than others and everyone has their own HOWL story and this is my story, inspired by the HOWL classic t-shirt.
It’s your typical Saturday morning, I had been out the night before with my closest friends, one pint lead to two cocktails which in turn lead to three shots and tequila, the sum of all of this lead to a great night and a bit of a headache in the morning, but nothing a good cup of coffee and some street market food couldn’t handle.
The classic Saturday morning adventure begins. My friends and I all get up just before mid-day, get dressed; I throw on my white HOWL classic tee, get some coffee and head to our local Saturday food market, we chow down on a lot of greasy food, as always the girls out-do the boys with food consumption and in a matter of minutes we feel good as new, and once we all feel recovered from the hangover there is only one thing to do - TO THE PUB!
All five of us sit around a large table and play a game of RISK, if you have never played this it is a must play with your closest friends, the whole concept is to conquer countries, I don’t think it’s meant to be a drinking game but we definitely make it one, with a few beers and gin and tonics in us, this game definitely ruins friendships (only for a few minutes anyway).
I spend the better part of four hours playing RISK with my closest friends, having a few drinks, lovingly arguing about the rules, taking over their countries and also losing to them and before we know what’s happened, it’s night fall and the game needs to conclude, of course none of us can agree as to who the winner is, so it remains a five way tie.
Before it’s time to close up the game and walk away, I look at my best friends, think about the time we’ve all just spent together and I realise something, we’ve all just had a great Saturday adventure with each other, we haven’t gone camping, hiking, or traveling but we’ve had a classic adventure day – it seemed like at that moment my chosen item of clothing couldn’t of been more appropriate.
